The Story

Wake up on top of the world.

A custom log lodge on a private ridge — perfectly placed between Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park — with360° views.

It's the ultimate basecamp. Hike RMNP, watch the elk graze, drive into town for dinner — all just minutes away. Then come back to total peace and quiet, above it all.

Soaring ceilings. A wood-burning fireplace. New wraparound redwood decks. A mountain retreat that works in every season.

The Setting

An overlook of the Estes Valley — with Rocky Mountain National Park on the horizon.

The lodge sits high on a private ridge above town. From the deck, the whole valley opens below — Estes in the middle distance, RMNP filling the western skyline, elk wandering past at dusk, stars coming out like they're showing off.

Five minutes to downtown coffee. Five to the RMNP gate. Ninety to a plane at DEN. Everything you came to Colorado for is a short drive away — and everything you came to leave behind is finally, beautifully, far enough.

Nearby

Closer than you think,
further than you'd guess.

The lodge sits at roughly 7,500 feet, five minutes above town. Estes Park is the eastern gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park — which means most of what Colorado is famous for is within a half-hour drive.

What's Coming

The lodge we're building.

The place is already a beautiful log lodge on the ridge. We're just getting started. A hot tub overlook, a Colorado bunk room, a tavern speakeasy below — the vision for what this becomes is worth its own page.
