The best seat in the valley.

A hot tub tucked into the ridge — the whole Estes Valley opening in front of you. Secluded and quiet, yet only minutes from town. Stars overhead until you can't feel your fingers. More than a hot tub — a place to end the day.

A Colorado-tavern speakeasy tucked into the lower level — the room that gives Range View on the rocks its name. Bar tools. Glassware. Low light. Games for the family. A private porch with its own view of the ridge.

For the length of your stay, the tavern is yours — your own bar, your own view, your own hours. Bring the bottle. Set the night.

The last chapter of the day.

A proper gas-lit fire pit for the family — chairs for everyone, the ridge behind you, the day's stories getting retold and improved. Fire bans and mountain weather don't slow it down; flip it on, sit down, stay awhile. The kind of place where the trip actually gets remembered.

The heart of the house.

An upgraded kitchen designed to keep everyone connected. Open sightlines to the great room, more counter, a proper island. Where the cook, the sous chef, and the friend nursing a coffee are all in the same room — because that's where every good stay actually happens.

Your dog is already welcome at Range View — and there's a dog wash in the mudroom today, which we love. We're upgrading it to a properly stocked wash station so the muddy trail dog gets the same treatment the rest of the family does.
